1. Warranty Coverage
The 1-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective due to manufacturing faults within the warranty period, GREEN APPLE™ will repair or replace it at no charge.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in hardware components
- Display panel defects (dead pixels, backlight failure)
- Internal component failure under normal usage
- Software issues directly related to factory firmware
3. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by the customer (cracks, drops, liquid damage)
- Damage due to power surges or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear over time
4. How to Claim Warranty

- Describe the issue and share photos or a short video
- Our team will assess the claim within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange service, repair, or replacement
5. Warranty Period
The warranty period of 1 year commences from the date of delivery as recorded on the purchase invoice. The original invoice must be retained as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
6. On-site vs. Carry-in Service
Depending on the product and issue, warranty service may be provided as on-site repair, carry-in service, or unit replacement. Our support team will guide you through the appropriate process.
