1. Eligibility for Returns
A return request may be raised within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is missing parts or accessories as listed
Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, physically damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp at 9322598830 within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order details and clear photos/video of the issue
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process
3. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be via bank transfer
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer-induced physical damage
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Missing original packaging, invoice, or accessories
- Products showing signs of use beyond unboxing
5. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges for defective or wrong items subject to availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery through WhatsApp support.
